 - Kbuild: induce full rebuilds when dependencies change with GCC
   plugins, the Clang sanitizer .scl file, or the randstruct seed.

 - Kbuild: Switch from -Wvla to -Wvla-larger-than=1

 - Correct several __nonstring uses for -Wunterminated-string-initialization
