powerpc/configs: Drop unneeded CONFIG_CRYPTO_ANSI_CPRNG

Since commit 401e4238f3 ("crypto: rng - Make DRBG the default RNG") we no longer need to set CONFIG_CRYPTO_ANSI_CPRNG in our defconfigs.
