kbuild: remove extmod_prefix, MODORDER, MODULES_NSDEPS variables

With the previous changes, $(extmod_prefix), $(MODORDER), and
$(MODULES_NSDEPS) are constant. (empty, modules.order, and
modules.nsdeps, respectively).

Remove these variables and hard-code their values.
