Commit d6ace46c82 ("ext4: remove obsolete EXT3 config options")
removed the obsolete EXT3_CONFIG options, since it had been over a
decade since fs/ext3 had been removed. Unfortunately, there were a
number of defconfigs that still used CONFIG_EXT3_FS which the cleanup
commit didn't fix up. This led to a large number of defconfig test
builds to fail. Oops.

As stm32_defconfig is dedicated to STM32 MCUs, disable
CONFIG_COMMON_CLK_STM32MP flag which is only used by STM32 MPUs.
Disable CONFIG_SUSPEND, CONFIG_ADVISE_SYSCALLS, CONFIG_IO_URING
CONFIG_POSIX_TIMERS, CONFIG_GCC_PLUGINS, it will reduce the kernel
image size for these platforms which embed a low amount of memory.
Tested on STM32F746-DISCO board which embeds 8MB of memory.

Running make savedefconfig highlights some useless flags.
Since 54a48aa3d558 ("Compiler Attributes: remove CONFIG_ENABLE_MUST_CHECK")
flag ENABLE_MUST_CHECK has been removed.
Since 35260cf545 ("Kconfig.debug: fix SCHED_DEBUG dependency")
SCHED_DEBUG depends on DEBUG_KERNEL and PROC_FS.
As PROC_FS is not set, SCHED_DEBUG reference can be removed.
Since 7801104268 ("scsi: bsg: Move bsg_scsi_ops to drivers/scsi/")
BLK_DEV_BSG depends on SCSI. As SCSI is not set, BLK_DEV_BSG reference
can be removed.

CONFIG_BASE_FULL is equivalent to !CONFIG_BASE_SMALL and is enabled by
default: CONFIG_BASE_SMALL is the special case to take care of.
So, remove CONFIG_BASE_FULL and move the config choice to
CONFIG_BASE_SMALL (which defaults to 'n')
For defconfigs explicitely disabling BASE_FULL, explicitely enable
BASE_SMALL.
For defconfigs explicitely enabling BASE_FULL, drop it as it is the
default.

CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO is now implicitly selected if one picks one of the
explicit options that could be DEBUG_INFO_DWARF_TOOLCHAIN_DEFAULT,
DEBUG_INFO_DWARF4, DEBUG_INFO_DWARF5.
This was actually not what I had in mind when I suggested making
it a 'choice' statement, but it's too late to change again now,
and the Kconfig logic is more sensible in the new form.
Change any defconfig file that had CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO enabled
but did not pick DWARF4 or DWARF5 explicitly to now pick the toolchain
default.

A lot of Kconfig options have changed over the years, and we tend
to not do a blind 'make defconfig' to refresh the files, to ensure
we catch options that should not have gone away.
I used some a bit of scripting to only rework the bits where an
option moved around in any of the defconfig files, without also
dropping any of the other lines, to make it clearer which options
we no longer have.

CONFIG_IOSCHED_DEADLINE and CONFIG_IOSCHED_CFQ are gone since

Currently support for 64-bit sector_t and blkcnt_t is optional on 32-bit
architectures. These types are required to support block device and/or
file sizes larger than 2 TiB, and have generally defaulted to on for
a long time. Enabling the option only increases the i386 tinyconfig
size by 145 bytes, and many data structures already always use
64-bit values for their in-core and on-disk data structures anyway,
so there should not be a large change in dynamic memory usage either.
Dropping this option removes a somewhat weird non-default config that
has cause various bugs or compiler warnings when actually used.

FWIW defconfigs were patched with:

"We've traditionally kept defconfig updates in a separate branch, often
to encourage submaintainers to handle those patches separately to
avoid conflicts on the shared files. The amount of changes seem to be
decreasing though, so we might rethink how we handle this going
forward.
There really isn't much to write about here. The bulk of changes here
are enabling drivers for whatever platforms the hardware is found on

stm32_defconfig is used for several STM32 MCU: STM32F429, STM32F469,
STM32F746 and now STM32H743. Each of MCU listed have different interrupts
number mapped on NVIC. STM32F429: 81, STM32F469: 92, STM32F746: 97 and
STM32H743: 149. I could set CPU_V7M_NUM_IRQ to 149 but in order to avoid
forgetting to update this value for next STM32 MCU I prefer to set it to
max value: 240.

The original stm32 defconfig file looks for a ./rootfs.cpio file,
but that breaks with
../scripts/gen_initramfs_list.sh: Cannot open './rootfs.cpio'

current behavior should change their build scripts to append
the initramfs manually, as this patch removes that default
in order to help autmatic testing.
