Lennert Buytenhek	298cf9beb9	phylib: move to dynamic allocation of struct mii_bus ... This patch introduces mdiobus_alloc() and mdiobus_free(), and makes all mdio bus drivers use these functions to allocate their struct mii_bus'es dynamically. Scott Wood	e2ec4581ad	Generic bitbanged MDIO library ... Previously, bitbanged MDIO was only supported in individual hardware-specific drivers. This code factors out the higher level protocol implementation, reducing the hardware-specific portion to functions setting direction, data, and clock.
