Add SPDX license identifiers to all Make/Kconfig files which:
- Have no license information of any form
These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:
GPL-2.0-only

Checkpatch wants to use 'help' instead of '---help---':
WARNING: prefer 'help' over '---help---' for new help texts
Let's change it globally at the media subsystem, as otherwise people
would keep using the old way.

This driver depends on sony-laptop driver, but this is available
only for x86. So, add a stub function, in order to allow building
it on non-x86 too.
