bfd15c904a mtd: onenand: Store bad block marker position in chip struct 
The information about where the manufacturer puts the bad block
markers inside the bad block and in the OOB data is stored in
different places. Let's move this information to the chip struct,
as we did it for rawnand.

6396bb2215 treewide: kzalloc() -> kcalloc() 
The kzalloc() function has a 2-factor argument form, kcalloc(). This
patch replaces cases of:

        kzalloc(a * b, gfp)

with:
        kcalloc(a * b, gfp)

as well as handling cases of:

        kzalloc(a * b * c, gfp)

with:

        kzalloc(array3_size(a, b, c), gfp)

as it's slightly less ugly than:

        kzalloc_array(array_size(a, b), c, gfp)

This does, however, attempt to ignore constant size factors like:

        kzalloc(4 * 1024, gfp)

though any constants defined via macros get caught up in the conversion.

Any factors with a sizeof() of "unsigned char", "char", and "u8" were
dropped, since they're redundant.

The Coccinelle script used for this was:

a88b5f3833 Merge tag 'nand/for-4.17' of git://git.infradead.org/linux-mtd into mtd/next

* Prepare arrival of the SPI NAND subsystem by implementing a generic
  (interface-agnostic) layer to ease manipulation of NAND devices

26777d3721 mtd: Move onenand code base to drivers/mtd/nand/onenand 
Move onenand code base to the drivers/mtd/nand directory in the hope
that someday someone will patch it to use the generic NAND helpers.
If it never happens, at least we'll have all NAND related support in a
single directory and not spread over the drivers/mtd/ directory.
