Mike Rapoport	facd86390b	docs/networking: fix formatting of Intel drivers documentation ... The documentation of Intel drivers is missing the heading adornment for document titles. This causes the generated html to have TOC entries from these documents to appear as top level TOC entries: * Linux* Base Driver for Intel(R) Ethernet Network Connection * Contents * Identifying Your Adapter * Command Line Parameters * AutoNeg * Duplex ... Jakub Kicinski	b255e500c8	net: documentation: build a directory structure for drivers ... Documentation/networking/ is full of cryptically named files with driver documentation. This makes finding interesting information at a glance really hard. Move all those files into a directory called device_drivers (since not all drivers are for device) and fix up references.
