Convert txt bindings of TI's DaVinci/Keystone Watchdog Timer Controller
to dtschema to allow for validation.
While at it,
- Change the order of the compatibles.
- Add "power-domains" to represent that the power domain maybe managed by
TI-SCI controller if found on the SoC (for example, Keystone based K2G).
w.r.t. to the txt binding to stay in sync with existing DTS.

The Devicetree bindings coding convention, as used in most of the files
and expressed in Documentation/devicetree/bindings/example-schema.yaml,
expects:
1. "allOf:" block just before "properties:" (or after "required:" for
more complex cases),
2. additionalProperties/unevaluatedProperties at the end of the file,
just before the examples section.
Re-order few schemas to match the convention to avoid repeating review
comments for new patches using existing code as template. No functional
changes.

Tesla FSD is a derivative of Samsung Exynos SoC, thus just like the
others it reuses several devices from older designs. Historically we
kept the old (block's) compatible only. This works fine and there is no
bug here, however guidelines expressed in
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/writing-bindings.rst state that:
1. Compatibles should be specific.
2. We should add new compatibles in case of bugs or features.
Add Tesla FSD compatible specific to be used with an existing fallback.
