1011745073 drm/amd/display: add -msse2 to prevent Clang from emitting libcalls to undefined SW FP routines 
arch/x86/Makefile disables SSE and SSE2 for the whole kernel.  The
AMDGPU drivers modified in this patch re-enable SSE but not SSE2.  Turn
on SSE2 to support emitting double precision floating point instructions
rather than calls to non-existent (usually available from gcc_s or
compiler_rt) floating point helper routines.

8d6da3bbfd drm/amd/display: fix dml max voltage state 
Gabe's formula sometimes uses values from non-existent 'unsupported'
state to do validation.

This change adds this extra state so validation can work correctly.

f137586b2b drm/amd/display: fix dml handling of mono8/16 pixel formats 
mono formats are treated exactly the same as equivallent bpp
444 formats. Dml validation however lacks 444 8 bit format
while dml perf param calculation lacks mono format support

This change makes them equivallent as far as the enum is concerned
to avoid having to update dml

f3e077d95c drm/amd/display: fix use of uninitialized memory 
DML does not calculate chroma values for RQ when surface is not YUV, but DC
will unconditionally use the uninitialized values for HW programming.
This does not cause visual corruption since HW will ignore garbage chroma
values when surface is not YUV, but causes presubmission tests to fail
golden value comparison.

4769278e5c amdgpu/dc/dml: Support clang option for stack alignment 
DML uses the compiler option -mpreferred-stack-boundary=4 to configure
a stack alignment of 16 bytes. Clang uses the option -mstack-alignment
instead, which expects as parameter the alignment in bytes, and not a
power of two like -mpreferred-stack-boundary.

Probe for both compiler options and use the correct one, similar to
what is done in arch/x86/Makefile.

2126732fda drm/amd/display: drop display_pipe_clocks.c. 
This code isn't used at all in the kernel tree, perhaps it can wait to
be imported when it is. It also does a lot of floating point calcs,
so probably good to drop it until it's needed and we can ensure
proper fpu accessors.

378c4a2d60 Revert "amdgpu/dc: drop display_pipe_clocks.c." 
This reverts commit b3fbdcec5e.

Unfortunately these clash with our DML update from the HW guys
as it's starting to get used now.
