Make monitored-battery the standard phandle to the battery we monitor
for the AB8500 charger components. We make the old "battery" phandle
deprecated, and the new one required so we detect and fix all users to
use the standard phandle name.

The Maxim 17042-family of fuel gauges are often embedded in other Maxim
chips, e.g. in Maxim 77693 which is a companion power management IC.
In such designs there might be actually two interrupts:
- INTB signaling change from charger, flash or MUIC,
- ALERT signaling change from fuel gauge.
Describe the interrupt in bindings to make it clear it is about the fuel
gauge ALERT interrupt, not the INT.

This adds a battery-chemistry property and bindings for the different
"technologies" that are used in Linux. More types can be added.
This is needed to convert the custom ST-Ericsson AB8500 battery
properties over to the generic battery bindings.

The RT5033 PMIC provides a simple fuel gauge via I2C.
Add a DT schema to describe how to set it up in the device tree.
Note that although RT5033 is a MFD with lots of functionality
(also charger, regulator, LEDs, ...) the fuel gauge has a separate
I2C bus and is not part of the MFD.

Interrupt line can be configured on different hardware in different way,
even inverted. Therefore driver should not enforce specific trigger
type - edge falling - but instead rely on Devicetree to configure it.
The Maxim 14577/77836 datasheets describe the interrupt line as active
low with a requirement of acknowledge from the CPU therefore the edge
falling is not correct.

Convert the binding to DT schema format.
I slightly modified the binding by allowing regulator-[0-9] and cable-[0-9]
instead of regulator@[0-9] and cable@[0-9], so that DT compiler does not
complain about missing 'reg' property. The driver actually ignores the
nodename and can handle both styles.

enables IMA on arm64.
- Add kbuild support for applying DT overlays at build time. The first
user are the DT unittests.
- Fix kerneldoc formatting and W=1 warnings in drivers/of/
- Fix handling 64-bit flag on PCI resources
- Bump dtschema version required to v2021.2.1
- Enable undocumented compatible checks for dtbs_check. This allows
