Convert Microchip AT91 SAMA5D2 shutdown controller to YAML. SAMA7G5 SHDWC
DT node (available in arch/arm/boot/dts/sama7g5.dtsi) has syscon along with
its compatible. There is no usage of this syscon in the current code but it
may be necessary in future as some registers of SHDWC are accessed in
different drivers (at91-sama5d2_shdwc.c and arch/arm/mach-at91/pm.c).
Thus update the YAML with it to make DT checkers happy.

Add driver for Microchip PIT64B timer. Timer could be used in continuous
mode or oneshot mode. The hardware has 2x32 bit registers for period
emulating a 64 bit timer. The LSB_PR and MSB_PR registers are used to
set the period value (compare value). TLSB and TMSB keeps the current
value of the counter. After a compare the TLSB and TMSB register resets.
The driver uses PIT64B timer for clocksource or clockevent. First
requested timer would be registered as clockevent, second one would be
registered as clocksource. Individual PIT64B hardware resources were
used for clocksource and clockevent to be able to support high resolution
timers with this hardware implementation.

Pull power supply and reset updates from Sebastian Reichel:
"Nothing too fancy in the power-supply subsystem this time. There are
less patches than usual, since I did not have enough time to review
them in time. The good news is, that all patches have been in
linux-next for more than two weeks and there are no complicated
cross-subsystem patchsets this time!
Summary:
- at91-reset: add sam9x60 support
- sc27xx: improve capacity logic
- goldfish_battery: enhance driver by adding many new properties
- isp1704: drop platform data and migrate to gpiod
- misc small fixes and improvements"

This patch describes the Security Module's usage as a GPIO
controller for its PIOBU pins. These pins have the special
property of maintaining their voltage during suspend-to-mem.
