The recycle parameter used during page release is no longer
necessary: the page pool can detect when the page cannot be
recycled to the cache or ring without any outside hint.
The page pool will also take care of cleaning up after itself
once all the inflight pages have been released. So no need to
explicitly release pages to the system.
Remove the internal page_cache stats as the mlx5e_page_cache
struct no longer exists.
Delete the documentation entries along with the stats.

The canonical location for the tracefs filesystem is at /sys/kernel/tracing.
But, from Documentation/trace/ftrace.rst:
Before 4.1, all ftrace tracing control files were within the debugfs
file system, which is typically located at /sys/kernel/debug/tracing.
For backward compatibility, when mounting the debugfs file system,
the tracefs file system will be automatically mounted at:
/sys/kernel/debug/tracing
Many parts of Documentation still reference this older debugfs path, so
let's update them to avoid confusion.

Previously support for GNSS was implemented as a TTY driver, it allowed
to access GNSS receiver on /dev/ttyGNSS_<bus><func>.
Use generic GNSS subsystem API instead of implementing own TTY driver.
The receiver is accessible on /dev/gnss<id>. In case of multiple receivers
in the OS, correct device can be found by enumerating either:
- /sys/class/net/<eth port>/device/gnss/
- /sys/class/gnss/gnss<id>/device/
Using GNSS subsystem is superior to implementing own TTY driver, as the
GNSS subsystem was designed solely for this purpose. It also implements
TTY driver but in a common and defined way.
From user perspective, there is no difference in communicating with a
device, except new path to the device shall be used. The device will
provide same information to the userspace as the old one, and can be used
in the same way, i.e.:
old # gpsmon /dev/ttyGNSS_2100_0
new # gpsmon /dev/gnss0
There is no other impact on userspace tools.
User expecting onboard GNSS receiver support is required to enable
CONFIG_GNSS=y/m in kernel config.

dpaa2_mac_is_type_fixed() is a header with no implementation and no
callers, which is referenced from the documentation though. It can be
deleted.
On the other hand, it would be useful to reuse the code between
dpaa2_eth_is_type_phy() and dpaa2_switch_port_is_type_phy(). That common
code should be called dpaa2_mac_is_type_phy(), so let's create that.
The removal and the addition are merged into the same patch because,
in fact, is_type_phy() is the logical opposite of is_type_fixed().

The last meaningful change to this driver was made by Jon in 2011.
As much as we'd like to believe that this is because the code is
perfect the chances are nobody is using this hardware.
Because of the size of this driver there is a nontrivial maintenance
cost to keeping this code around, in the last 2 years we're averaging
more than 1 change a month. Some of which require nontrivial review
effort, see commit 877fe9d49b ("Revert "drivers/net/ethernet/neterion/vxge:
Fix a use-after-free bug in vxge-main.c"") for example.
Let's try to remove this driver. In general, IMHO, we need to
establish a clear path for shedding dead code. It will be hard
to unless we have some experience trying to delete stuff.

Looks like almost all changes to this driver had been tree-wide
refactoring since git era begun. There is one commit from Al
15 years ago which could potentially be fixing a real bug.
The driver is using virt_to_bus() and is a real magnet for pointless
cleanups. It seems unlikely to have real users. Let's try to shed
this maintenance burden.

LLQ entry length is 128 bytes. Therefore the maximum header in
the entry is calculated by:
tx_max_header_size =
LLQ_ENTRY_SIZE - DESCRIPTORS_NUM_BEFORE_HEADER * 16 =
128 - 2 * 16 = 96
This patch updates the documentation so that it states the correct
max header length.

Commit a296d665ea ("ixgbe: Add ethtool support to enable 2.5 and 5.0
Gbps support") introduced suppression of the advertisement of NBASE-T
speeds by default, according to Todd Fujinaka to accommodate customers
with network switches which could not cope with advertised NBASE-T
speeds, as posted in the E1000-devel mailing list:

However, the suppression was not documented at all, nor was how to
enable NBASE-T support.
Properly document the NBASE-T suppression and how to enable NBASE-T
support.

Add log macro which gets log level as a parameter. Use the severity
read from the health buffer and the new log macro to log the health buffer
with severity as log level. Prior to this patch, health buffer was
printed in error log level regardless of its severity. Now the user may
filter dmesg (--level) or change kernel log level to focus on different
severity levels of firmware errors.

Implement support for pushing vlan header into untagged packet on ingress
of port that has pvid configured and support for popping vlan on egress of
port that has the matching vlan configured as untagged. To support such
configurations packet reformat contexts of {INSERT|REMOVE}_HEADER types are
created per such vlan and saved to struct mlx5_esw_bridge_vlan which allows
all FDB entries on particular vlan to share single packet reformat
instance. When initializing FDB entries with pvid or untagged vlan type set
its mlx5_flow_act->pkt_reformat action accordingly.
Flush all flows when removing vlan from port. This is necessary because
even though software bridge removes all FDB entries before removing their
vlan, mlx5 bridge implementation deletes their corresponding flow entries
from hardware in asynchronous workqueue task, which will cause firmware
error if vlan packet reformat context is deleted before all flows that
point to it.

Add support for FDB vlan-tagged entries. Extend ingress and egress flow
tables with flow groups to match packet vlan tag. Modify the flow creation
code to include vlan tag, if vlan is configured on port and vlan
configuration is supported for offload.

Hardware supported by mlx5 driver doesn't provide learning and requires the
driver to emulate all switch-like behavior in software. As such, all
packets by default go through miss path, appear on representor and get to
software bridge, if it is the upper device of the representor. This causes
bridge to process packet in software, learn the MAC address to FDB and send
SWITCHDEV_FDB_ADD_TO_DEVICE event to all subscribers.
In order to offload FDB entries in mlx5, register switchdev notifier
callback and implement support for both 'added_by_user' and dynamic FDB
entry SWITCHDEV_FDB_ADD_TO_DEVICE events asynchronously using new
mlx5_esw_bridge_offloads->wq ordered workqueue. In workqueue callback
offload the ingress rule (matching FDB entry MAC as packet source MAC) and
egress table rule (matching FDB entry MAC as destination MAC). For ingress
table rule also match source vport to ensure that only traffic coming from
expected bridge port is matched by offloaded rule. Save all the relevant
FDB entry data in struct mlx5_esw_bridge_fdb_entry instance and insert the
instance in new mlx5_esw_bridge->fdb_list list (for traversing all entries
by software ageing implementation in following patch) and in new
mlx5_esw_bridge->fdb_ht hash table for fast retrieval. Notify the bridge
that FDB entry has been offloaded by sending SWITCHDEV_FDB_OFFLOADED
notification.
Delete FDB entry on reception of SWITCHDEV_FDB_DEL_TO_DEVICE event.

The documentation file used to be written in markdown format but was
converted to reStructuredText (rst).
The converted file doesn't keep up with rst format requirements which
results in hard-to-read text.
This patch fixes the formatting of the file. The patch also
* Highlights and emphasizes some lines to improve readability
* Rephrases some hard-to-understand text
* Updates outdated function descriptions.
* Removes TSO description which falsely claims the driver supports it
