Gaosheng Cui	75cebd664d	drm/amd/pm: remove unused declarations in hardwaremanager.h ... phm_is_hw_access_blocked() and phm_block_hw_access() has been removed since commit 698f88e697 ("drm/amd/powerplay: delete dead code in powerplay"), so remove them. Evan Quan	837d542a09	drm/amd/pm: relocate the power related headers ... Instead of centralizing all headers in the same folder. Separate them into different folders and place them among those source files those who really need them.
