171cfa011e torture: Place --bootargs parameters at end of -append list
Currently, the kernel boot parameters specified by the kvm.sh --bootargs
parameter are placed near the beginning of the -append list that is
passed to qemu. This means that in the not-uncommon case of a kernel
boot parameter where the last argument wins, the --bootargs list overrides
neither the list in the .boot file nor the additional parameters supplied
by the rcutorture scripting.

This commit therefore places the kernel boot parameters specified by
the kvm.sh --bootargs parameter at the end of qemu's -append list.

58524e0fed rcutorture: Allow specifying per-scenario stat_interval
The rcutorture test suite makes double use of the rcutorture.stat_interval
module parameter. As its name suggests, it controls the frequency
of statistics printing, but it also controls the rcu_torture_writer()
stall timeout. The current setting of 15 seconds works surprisingly well.
However, given that the RCU tasks stall-warning timeout is ten -minutes-,
15 seconds is too short for TASKS02, which runs a non-preemptible kernel
on a single CPU.

This commit therefore adds checks for per-scenario specification of the
rcutorture.stat_interval module parameter.

028be12b29 rcutorture: Change units of onoff_interval to jiffies
Some RCU bugs have been sensitive to the frequency of CPU-hotplug
operations, which have been gradually increased over time. But this
frequency is now at the one-second lower limit that can be specified using
the rcutorture.onoff_interval kernel parameter. This commit therefore
changes the units of rcutorture.onoff_interval from seconds to jiffies,
and also sets the value specified for this kernel parameter in the TREE03
rcutorture scenario to 200, which is 200 milliseconds for HZ=1000.

a2f2577d96 torture: Eliminate torture_runnable and perf_runnable
The purpose of torture_runnable is to allow rcutorture and locktorture
to be started and stopped via sysfs when they are built into the kernel
(as in not compiled as loadable modules). However, the 0444 permissions
for both instances of torture_runnable prevent this use case from ever
being put into practice. Given that there have been no complaints
about this deficiency, it is reasonable to conclude that no one actually
makes use of this sysfs capability. The perf_runnable module parameter
for rcuperf is in the same situation.

This commit therefore removes both torture_runnable instances as well
as perf_runnable.

This commit changes rcutorture_runnable to torture_runnable, which is
consistent with the names of the other parameters and is a bit shorter
as well.

61010e74d7 rcutorture: Introduce "rcu" directory level underneath configs
This commit uses the standard software ploy of introducing another
level of indirection below the configs directory. This allows each
torture-test suite to have its own set of Kconfig files, boot parameters,
and version-specific scripts. Initially, we have only rcu, but lock
will follow soonish.
