dt-bindings: timer: nxp,sysctr-timer: Add i.MX94 support
Add compatible string "nxp,imx94-sysctr-timer" for the i.MX94 chip, which
is backward compatible with i.MX95. Set it to fall back to
"nxp,imx95-sysctr-timer".

dt-bindings: timer: nxp,sysctr-timer: support i.MX95
Add i.MX95 System counter module compatible string, the SCMI
firmware blocks access to control register, so should not
add "nxp,sysctr-timer" as fallback.

dt-bindings: timer: nxp,sysctr-timer: add nxp,no-divider property
The base clock input to system counter is internally divided by 3 in
previous design, but there is change that no divider now. So add
a property to indicate that.
