a27e464262 selftests/statmount: remove duplicate wait_for_pid()
Remove the local static wait_for_pid() definition from
statmount_test_ns.c as it conflicts with the extern declaration in
utils.h. The identical function is already provided by utils.c.

Fixes: 3ac7ea91f3 ("selftests: add FSMOUNT_NAMESPACE tests")

0c82fdbbbf selftests: statmount: tests for STATMOUNT_BY_FD
Add tests for STATMOUNT_BY_FD flag, which adds support for passing a
file descriptors to statmount(). The fd can also be on a "unmounted"
mount (mount unmounted with MNT_DETACH), we also include tests for that.

e6fbd1759c selftests: complete kselftest include centralization
This follow-up patch completes centralization of kselftest.h and
ksefltest_harness.h includes in remaining seltests files, replacing all
relative paths with a non-relative paths using shared -I include path in
lib.mk

Tested with gcc-13.3 and clang-18.1, and cross-compiled successfully on
riscv, arm64, x86_64 and powerpc arch.

e897b9b133 selftests/filesystems: create get_unique_mnt_id() helper
Add helper to utils.c and use it in mount-notify and statmount tests.

Linking with utils.c drags in a dependecy with libcap, so add it to the
Makefile of the tests.

extensions that allow us to specify a mount ns to enter in order to find
