Now that the last in-tree filesystem has been converted to the new mount
API, remove all legacy mount API code designed to handle un-converted
filesystems, and remove associated documentation as well.
(The code to handle the legacy mount(2) syscall from userspace is still
in place, of course.)
Tested with an allmodconfig build on x86_64, and a sanity check of an
old mount(2) syscall mount.

Absolute majority of callers are passing the 4th argument equal to
strlen() of the 3rd one.
Drop the v_size argument, add vfs_parse_fs_qstr() for the cases that
want independent length.

Remove validate_constant_table() since:
- It has no caller.
- It has below 3 bugs for good constant table array array[] which must
end with a empty entry, and take below invocation for explaination:
validate_constant_table(array, ARRAY_SIZE(array), ...)
- Always return wrong value due to the last empty entry.
- Imprecise error message for missorted case.
- Potential NULL pointer dereference since the last pr_err() may use
@tbl[i].name NULL pointer to print the last empty entry's name.

This isn't ever used by VFS now, and it couldn't even work. Any FS that
uses the SECURITY_LSM_NATIVE_LABELS flag needs to also process the
value returned back from the LSM, so it needs to do its
security_sb_set_mnt_opts() call on its own anyway.

"A large number of cleanups and bug fixes, with many of the bug fixes
found by Syzbot and fuzzing. (Many of the bug fixes involve less-used
ext4 features such as fast_commit, inline_data and bigalloc)
In addition, remove the writepage function for ext4, since the
medium-term plan is to remove ->writepage() entirely. (The VM doesn't
need or want writepage() for writeback, since it is fine with
->writepages() so long as ->migrate_folio() is implemented)"
