Rob Herring	09de3691da	memory: Use device_get_match_data() ... Use preferred device_get_match_data() instead of of_match_device() to get the driver match data. With this, adjust the includes to explicitly include the correct headers. Add support for configuring the Self Refresh Power Down (SRPD) inactivity timeout on Broadcom STB chips. This is used to conserve power when the DRAM activity is reduced.
