The "regulator-compatible" property has been deprecated since 2012 in
commit 13511def87 ("regulator: deprecate regulator-compatible DT
property"), which is so old it's not even mentioned in the converted
regulator bindings YAML file. It should not have been used for new
submissions such as the MT6315.
Drop the property from the MT6315 regulator binding and its examples.

The MT6319 is a pin-compatible drop-in replacement for MT6315 with
slightly better electrical characteristics.
It's unclear whether there are any differences, since the downstream
implementation doesn't describe the MT6319 separately. Neither does the
implementation check chip IDs, even though those are available.
Add a new compatible for the MT6319 just in case differences are
discovered later and fall back to the MT6315 compatible.

Pull regulator fix from Mark Brown:
"One fix that came in during the merge window, fixing an error in the

* tag 'regulator-fix-v5.19-rc0' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/broonie/regulator:
regulator: mt6315-regulator: fix invalid allowed mode
In the binding example, the regulator mode 4 is shown as a valid mode,
but the driver actually only support mode 0 to 2:
This generates an error in dmesg when copy/pasting the binding example:
[ 0.306080] vbuck1: invalid regulator-allowed-modes element 4
[ 0.307290] vbuck2: invalid regulator-allowed-modes element 4
This commit fixes this error by removing the invalid mode from the
examples.

The MT6315 PMIC dt-binding should enforce that one of the valid
regulator-compatible is set in each regulator node. However it was
mistakenly matching against regulator-name instead.
Fix the typo. This not only fixes the compatible verification, but also
lifts the regulator-name restriction, so that more meaningful names can
be set for each platform.
