Joe Perches	44da5c2f52	amd/7990: Remove extern from function prototypes ... There are a mix of function prototypes with and without extern in the kernel sources. Standardize on not using extern for function prototypes. Function prototypes don't need to be written with extern. extern is assumed by the compiler. Jeff Kirsher	b955f6ca77	amd: Move AMD (Lance) chipset drivers ... Moves the drivers for the AMD chipsets into drivers/net/ethernet/amd/ and the necessary Kconfig and Makfile changes. The au1000 (Alchemy) driver was also moved into the same directory even though it is not a "Lance" driver.
