To allow drivers to implement per-interface testmode operations
more easily, pass a wdev pointer if any identification for one
was given from userspace. Clean up the code a bit while at it.

Do not unconditionally access the chan variable in

For p2p client mode powersave mode should be kept disabled. It is
working but inefficient. In general p2p links do no benefit from this
mode, because these links are setup temporarily to transfer data.

Multi channel support was disabled. This patch will enable it and
configure the P2P GO on the correct frequency when multi channel
is used.

Upon deleting a P2P_CLIENT/GO interface the vif and consequently
the wdev is freed before the net_device is actually being unregistered
but cfg80211 still needs to access the wdev. Using destructor field
to free the net_device and vif.

Pass the struct brcmf_cfg80211_info instance instead of obtaining
through vif itself using vif->wdev. This is needed as the netdev
associated with this vif is already unregistered.

ARP offloading should only be used in STA or P2P client mode. It
is currently configured once at init. When being configured for AP
ARP offloading should be turned off and when AP mode is left it can
be turned back on.

The function brcmf_fws_find_mac_desc() determines the descriptor
associated with a sk_buff for firmware-signalling. It needs the
interface type to do that. For this a helper function is added in
wl_cfg80211.c.

The firmware sends a IF event to notify the host driver that the
P2P_DEVICE interface has been created. Wait for the event before
returning the related wireless_dev.

The current driver code creates a P2P_DEVICE through a module
parameter. This device has a dummy netdevice which is not how this
interface type is intended. This patch add proper support for the
P2P_DEVICE interface type. This requires a wpa_supplicant with such
support as well.

With the introduction of the P2P_DEVICE interface type an instance of
struct wireless_dev does not always have a netdev assigned to it. Better
use container_of() construct to obtain internal structure and go from
there.

When multiple cipher suites have been programmed then the lowest
suite is to be retured. This fixes issue when AP mode is using
CCMP and TKIP WPA combination where rekeying will fail.

on stop_ap the dongle was not properly shutdown. As a result it was
not possible to restart AP or STA after AP operation without
restarting the device. This patch will fix that.

Currently netdev gets created possibly after returning from
add_virtual_intf. This is because add_if is handled asynch. This
is wrong and netdev should be up before returning.

When adding a virtual interface cfg80211 already has taken the
rtnl_lock. So when the netdevice is being registered the
register_netdevice should be used instead of register_netdev.

Currently there is a sleep after disconnect on del_station. This
timeout is not needed (anymore) and is causing problems with p2p
setup, because remote side disconnects then supplicant will do
del_station and while it waits the 400ms remote side will already
reconnect and that is something supplicant cant handle.

Wiphy object holds information about possible netdev
combinations which can be supported. This needs updating for
p2p device. Also p2p device netdev has wrong 80211 iftype.
Limit the change interface support to match the netdev
configuration/combination possibilities.

With this update it is possible to create an P2P go. Handle the
p2p go role in creation and the update beacon from cfg80211. Also
store primary bss in global struct. Needed to map cfg device
back to primary device.

In preparation of p2p connections update the sta connect setup and
handling routines. Use join iovar and bsscfg commands where
applicable. Handle assoc ind per bsscfg (vif) and generalize
vndr ie setup to support assoc IEs and support all setup types,
e.g. sta, ap and p2p.
