Bill Pemberton	fbbb01a12d	ALSA: drivers: remove __dev* attributes ... CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As result the __dev* markings will be going away. Remove use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst, and __devexit. Thomas Gleixner	ced918eb74	i8253: Convert i8253_lock to raw_spinlock ... i8253_lock needs to be a real spinlock in preempt-rt, i.e. it can not be converted to a sleeping lock. Convert it to raw_spinlock and fix up all users.
