0d15a26b24 net: ti: icssg-prueth: Add ICSSG FW Stats
The ICSSG firmware maintains set of stats called PA_STATS.
Currently the driver only dumps 4 stats. Add support for dumping more
stats.

The offset for different stats are defined as MACROs in icssg_switch_map.h
file. All the offsets are for Slice0. Slice1 offsets are slice0 + 4.
The offset calculation is taken care while reading the stats in
emac_update_hardware_stats().

The statistics are documented in
Documentation/networking/device_drivers/icssg_prueth.rst

e276cfb9cd docs: networking: ti: Add driver doc for AM65 NUSS switch driver
J721e, J7200 and AM64 have multi port switches which can work in multi
mac mode and in switch mode. Add documentation explaining how to use
different modes.

132db93572 docs: networking: reorganize driver documentation again
Organize driver documentation by device type. Most documents
have fairly verbose yet uninformative names, so let users
first select a well defined device type, and then search for
a particular driver.

While at it rename the section from Vendor drivers to
Hardware drivers. This seems more accurate, besides people
sometimes refer to out-of-tree drivers as vendor drivers.
