Marek Szyprowski	3de572fe21	media: omap3isp: use sgtable-based scatterlist wrappers ... Use common wrappers operating directly on the struct sg_table objects to fix incorrect use of scatterlists sync calls. dma_sync_sg_for_*() functions have to be called with the number of elements originally passed to dma_map_sg_*() function, not the one returned in sgtable's nents. Hans Verkuil	8cdd708f11	media: use sizeof() instead of V4L2_SUBDEV_NAME_SIZE ... Don't rely on a define, let the compiler use the actual field size. Remove all uses of the V4L2_SUBDEV_NAME_SIZE define and also drop the define itself.
