All the infrastructure is now in place for ST's PWM controller. This
patch takes the final step and enables the IP on the 2020 Rev-E
development platform.

The MiPHY365x is a Generic PHY which can serve various SATA or PCIe
devices. It has 2 ports which it can use for either; both SATA, both
PCIe or one of each in any configuration.

Two reasons for this rename. Firstly, it removes the camel case
convention which isn't used by any other platform and secondly it
matches the naming convention for the internal kernel, which can
become annoying when flipping between the two.
