o MAC learning will be done for SRIOV PF to help program VLAN filters
onto adapter. This will help VNIC traffic to flow through without
flooding traffic.

When more than one NIC physical functions are enabled on a port,
eSwitch on that port gets enabled automatically. Driver
need not explicitly enable the eSwitch.

There is an embedded switch per physical port on the adapter.
Add support for enabling and disabling the embedded switch
on per port basis.

qlcnic_config_npars module parameter is used to configure NPAR
operational modes where NPAR function is used for PCI passthrough.
Removing this paramter as PCI passthrough is not supported for
NPAR functions.
