e6fbd1759c selftests: complete kselftest include centralization
This follow-up patch completes centralization of kselftest.h and
ksefltest_harness.h includes in remaining seltests files, replacing all
relative paths with a non-relative paths using shared -I include path in
lib.mk

Tested with gcc-13.3 and clang-18.1, and cross-compiled successfully on
riscv, arm64, x86_64 and powerpc arch.

4ba629e6c6 selftests/futex: Refactor futex_priv_hash with kselftest_harness.h
To reduce the boilerplate code, refactor futex_priv_hash test to use
kselftest_harness header instead of futex's logging header.

f8ef9c2402 selftests/futex: Fix format-security warnings in futex_priv_hash
Fix format-security warnings by using proper format strings when passing
message variables to ksft_exit_fail_msg(), ksft_test_result_pass(), and
ksft_test_result_skip() function.

Thus prevent potential security issues and eliminate compiler warnings when
building with -Wformat-security.

2e62688d58 selftests/futex: Remove the -g parameter from futex_priv_hash
The -g parameter was meant to the test the immutable global hash instead of the
private hash which has been made immutable. The global hash is tested as part
at the end of the regular test. The immutable private hash been removed.

Remove last traces of the immutable private hash.

a255b78d14 selftests/futex: Adapt the private hash test to RCU related changes
The auto scaling on create creation used to automatically assign the new
hash because there was the private hash was unused and could be replaced
right away.

This is already racy because if the private hash is in use by a thread
then the visibile resize will be delayed. With the upcoming change to
wait for a RCU grace period before the hash can be assigned, the test
will always fail.

If the reported number of hash buckets is not updated after an
auto scaling event, block on an acquired lock with a timeout. The timeout
is the delay to wait towards a grace period and locking and a locked
pthread_mutex_t ensure that glibc calls into kernel using futex
operation which will assign new private hash if available.
This will retry every 100ms up to 2 seconds in total.

1a9dcf69c7 selftests/futex: getopt() requires int as return value.
Mark reported that futex_priv_hash fails on ARM64.
It turns out that the command line parsing does not terminate properly
and ends in the default case assuming an invalid option was passed.

Use an int as the return type for getopt().

4140e2b31b tools headers: Synchronize prctl.h ABI header
The prctl.h ABI header was slightly updated during the development of
the interface. In particular the "immutable" parameter became a bit in
the option argument.

Synchronize prctl.h ABI header again and make use of the definition in
the testsuite and "perf bench futex".

cda95faef7 selftests/futex: Add futex_priv_hash
Test the basic functionality of the private hash:
- Upon start, with no threads there is no private hash.
- The first thread initializes the private hash.
- More than four threads will increase the size of the private hash if
the system has more than 16 CPUs online.
- Once the user sets the size of private hash, auto scaling is disabled.
- The user is only allowed to use numbers to the power of two.
- The user may request the global or make the hash immutable.
- Once the global hash has been set or the hash has been made immutable,
  further changes are not allowed.
- Futex operations should work the whole time. It must be possible to
hold a lock, such a PI initialised mutex, during the resize operation.
