84fd7608a0 iwlwifi: mvm: add use_ps-poll debugfs power option
By default, when uapsd is not used, the ucode uses
null data packet to exit power-save and get then
pending frames.

However, some tests require the explicit usage of ps-poll.
Allow setting use_ps_poll power option (through debugfs)
to configure the ucode to use ps-poll instead.

The ucode configuration is done by setting the advanced-pm
flag while setting all the ACs to non-upasd mode.

7ceb98a313 iwlwifi: mvm: reduce the AMPDU size in low latency mode
This allows to leave a frame in the Tx Fifo which allows
the firmware to try to enter burst mode.
The end result of this is a better latency since the
firmware utilises the TxOP better.

Also limit the AMPDU size to the limit set in the ADDBA
response. This doesn't change much since the AMPDU size
was limited by the configuration of the hardware scheduler,
but here we add a software limit by the mean of the link
quality command.

04860eb7d9 bnx2x: Configure device endianity on driver load and reset endianity on removal.
Some hosts can be both little and big endian.
In certain scenarios a big endian kernel can kexec a little endian kernel.

This patch fixes this case from both ends:
1) Return endianity to original values on shutdown (in case little endian kernel boots after we shutdown).
2) Do not rely on HW reset values when loading driver in little endian kernel
but configure them explicitly (in case previous kernel was big endian and did not reset the HW).

0486a063b1 tg3: prevent ifup/ifdown during PCI error recovery
The patch fixes race conditions between PCI error recovery callbacks and
potential ifup/ifdown.

First, if ifup (tg3_open) is called between tg3_io_error_detected() and
tg3_io_resume() then tp->timer is armed twice before expiry. Once during
tg3_open() and again during tg3_io_resume(). This results in BUG
at kernel/time/timer.c:945.

Second, if ifdown (tg3_close) is called between tg3_io_error_detected()
and tg3_io_resume() then tg3_napi_disable() is called twice without
a tg3_napi_enable between. Once during tg3_io_error_detected() and again
during tg3_close(). The tg3_io_resume() then hangs on rtnl_lock().

e75db4e368 ath10k: re-enable interrupts properly in hw recovery
Recent changes done to start/restart sequences
broke hw recovery in some hw configurations. The
pci transport was stopped twice however due to a
workaround in the pci disabling code the
disable/enable for first msi interrupt was not
balanced. This ended up with irqs not being
properly re-enabled and the following print out
during recovery:

ath10k: failed to receive control response completion, polling..
 ath10k: Service connect timeout: -110
ath10k: Could not init core: -110

Legacy interrupt mode was unaffected while msi
ranged mode would be partially crippled (it would
miss fw indication interrupts but otherwise it
worked fine).

This fixes completely broken fw recovery for a
single msi interrupt mode and fixes subsequent fw
crash reports for msi range interrupt mode.

f076f45372 amd-xgbe: Reported fifo size from hardware is not correct
The fifo size reported by the hardware is not correct. Add support
to limit the reported size to what is actually present. Also, fix
the argument types used in the fifo size calculation function.

a9a4a2d9d6 amd-xgbe: Check for Tx hardware queue flushing support
The flushing of the Tx hardware queues is only supported at a certain
level of the hardware. Retrieve the current version of the hardware
and use that to determine if flushing is supported.

0f23124aaa bonding: add slave_changelink support and use it for queue_id
This patch adds support for slave_changelink to the bonding and uses it
to give the ability to change the queue_id of the enslaved devices via
netlink. It sets slave_maxtype and uses bond_changelink as a prototype for
bond_slave_changelink.
Example/test command after the iproute2 patch:
 ip link set eth0 type bond_slave queue_id 10
