6a5887030a dt-bindings: ARM: Mediatek: Document bindings for MT2701 
This patch adds the binding documentation for apmixedsys, bdpsys,
ethsys, hifsys, imgsys, infracfg, mmsys, pericfg, topckgen and
vdecsys for Mediatek MT2701.
