32bit devicetree changes for Rockchip including removal of skeleton.dtsi
inclusion, missing unit names for memory nodes, various frequency
optimizations allowing for better performance on rk3066, the usage of
pin constants to bridge between the two numbering schemes used (gpio
controllers using 0-31 and pins being labeled A0-A7,..., D0-D7)
and UHS/HS modes for the mmc controllers on the popmetal board.
Two new boards, the PX3-based evaluation board, with the PX3 being an
industrial variant of the rk3188 soc and the Rikomagic MK808 board
based around the rk3066 are also added.

This patch adds specific compatible to support all the unversioned SCPI
protocols prior to v1.0 release. This will be applicable for all the
implementations using draft versions or modified versions of those
draft vesrions of SCPI protocol.

Since SCPI is a generic protocol and the bindings are intended to be
generic, we need to decouple all the platform specific binding details
out of the generic bindings.
This patch moves are the Juno platform specific details into a separate
binding document.

The Allwinner A64 SoC is a low-cost chip with 4 ARM Cortex-A53 cores
and the typical tablet / TV box peripherals.
The SoC is based on the (32-bit) Allwinner H3 chip, sharing most of
the peripherals and the memory map.
Although the cores are proper 64-bit ones, the whole SoC is actually
limited to 4GB (including all the supported DRAM), so we use 32-bit
address and size cells. This has the nice feature of us being able to
reuse the DT for 32-bit kernels as well.
This .dtsi lists the hardware that we support so far.

Texas Instrument's System Control Interface (TI-SCI) Message Protocol
is used in Texas Instrument's System on Chip (SoC) such as those in
newer SoCs in the keystone processor family starting with K2G.
This message protocol is used to communicate between various compute
or processing entities (such as ARM, DSP etc.) with a central system
controller entity.
TI-SCI message protocol provides support for management of various
hardware entities within the SoC.

The TOPEET itop Exynos4412 has three versions of base boards. The
Elite version is the cheap one without too much peripheral devices
on it.
Currently supported are serial console, wired networking (USB), USB OTG
in peripheral mode, USB host, SD storage, GPIO buttons, PWM beeper, ADC
and LEDs. The WM8960 analog audio codec is also enabled.
The FIMC is not used for camera currently, I enabled it just for a
colorspace converter.

Pull ARM SoC late DT updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"These updates have been kept in a separate branch mostly because they
rely on updates to the respective clk drivers to keep the shared
header files in sync.
- The Renesas r8a7796 (R-Car M3-W) platform gets added, this is an
automotive SoC similar to the ⅹ8a7795 chip we already support, but
the dts changes rely on a clock driver change that has been merged
for v4.9 through the clk tree.
- The Amlogic meson-gxbb (S905) platform gains support for a few
drivers merged through our tree, in particular the network and usb
driver changes are required and included here, and also the clk
tree changes.
- The Allwinner platforms have seen a large-scale change to their clk
drivers and the dts file updates must come after that. This
includes the newly added Nextthing GR8 platform, which is derived
from sun5i/A13.
- Some integrator (arm32) changes rely on clk driver changes.
- A single patch for lpc32xx has no such dependency but wasn't added
until just before the merge window"

"These are updates for platform specific code on 32-bit ARM machines,
essentially anything that can not (yet) be expressed using DT files.
Noteworthy changes include:
- We get support for running in big-endian mode on two platforms:
sunxi (Allwinner) and s3c24xx (old Samsung).
- The recently added Uniphier platform now uses standard PSCI methods
for SMP booting and we remove support for old bootloader versions
that did not support it yet.
- In sunxi, we gain support for the "Nextthing GR8" SoC, which is a
close relative of the Allwinner A13 and R8 chips.
- PXA completes its move over to the generic dmaengine framework and
removes its old private API
- mach-bcm gains support for BCM47189/BCM53573, their first ARM SoC
with integrated 802.11ac wireless networking"

"The core clk framework changes are small again. They're mostly minor
fixes that weren't causing enough problems (or any problems when we're
just clarifying things) to warrant sending outside the merge window.
The majority of changes are in drivers for various SoCs. Full details
are in the logs, but here's the summary.
Core:
- Better support for DeviceTree overlays with the addition of the
CLK_OF_DECLARE_DRIVER macro. Now we won't probe a clk driver for a
device node that matched during of_clk_init(), unless the driver
uses CLK_OF_DECLARE_DRIVER instead of CLK_OF_DECLARE. This allows
overlays to work cleanly for drivers that must probe before the
device model is ready, and also after it's ready when an overlay is
loaded.
- Clarification in the code around how clk_hw pointers are returned
from of clk providers
- Proper migration of prepare/enable counts to parents when the clk
tree is constructed
