Pull ARM DT updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"A total of 380 patches this time, mostly adding support for more
hardware in the device tree descriptions. There is not much exciting
here for 4.11, but I've tried my best to condense the information from
the pull requests I got into a readable summary.

The LDB has no reg property as it uses the IOMUX-GPR syscon to access

The regulation bound of this regulator are 2.1V to 2.875V, the
wrong DT values cause the driver to miscalculate the effective
voltage.
This isn't really an issue right now, as nobody actively changes
the regulator voltage, but better fix it now.

Commit 7f107887d1 ("ARM: dts: imx: Remove skeleton.dtsi") causes boot
issues when the bootloader does not create a 'chosen' node if such node
is not present in the dtb.
The reason for the boot failure is well explained by Javier Martinez
Canillas: "the decompressor relies on a pre-existing chosen node to be
available to insert the command line and merge other ATAGS info."
, so pass an empty 'chosen' node to fix the boot problem.
This issue has been seen in the kernelci reports with Barebox as
bootloader.
Also pass the 'memory' node in order to fix boot issues on the SolidRun
iMX6 platforms.

Commit 1be81ea586 ("ARM: dts: imx6: Add imx-weim parameters to
dtsi's") causes the following probe error when the weim node is not
present on the board dts (such as imx6q-sabresd):
imx-weim 21b8000.weim: Invalid 'ranges' configuration
imx-weim: probe of 21b8000.weim failed with error -22
There is no need to always enable the "weim" node on mx6. Do the same
as in the other i.MX dtsi files where "weim" is disabled and only gets
enabled on a per dts basis.
All the imx6 weim dts users explicitily provide 'status = "okay"', so
this change has no impact on current imx6 weim users.
If a board does not use the weim driver it will not describe its 'ranges'
property, so simply disable the 'weim' node in the imx6 dtsi files to
avoid such probe error message.

and size_cells to 1.
On imx6, fsl,weim-cs-gpr will always be &gpr
Set these common parameters in the dtsi file,
rather than in a downstream dts.

Commit 833f2cbf70 ("ARM: dts: imx6: change the core clock of spdif")
changed many more clocks than only the SPDIF core clock as stated in
the commit message.
The MLB clock has been added and this causes SPDIF regression as
reported by Xavi Drudis Ferran and also in this forum post:
https://forum.digikey.com/thread/34240
The MX6Q Reference Manual does not mention that MLB is a clock related
to SPDIF, so change it back to a dummy clock to restore SPDIF
functionality.

The imx6 SMP system has the same DMA memory coherency issue [1] with
pl310 L2 controller. With this shared override bit set, the customer
reports the DMA coherency issue is gone. Besides, I have tested
the performance using USB ethernet with/without this bit, it shows
no difference.

When compiled with "W=1", dtc complains: e.g.

Endpoint nodes don't have a reg property, and the addresses
in their node names are ordinals without any special meaning
so remove them and swap them for semantic node names.

According to the reference manual the shp_2_mcu / mcu_2_shp
scripts must be used for devices connected through the SPBA.
This fixes an issue we saw with DMA transfers from SPI NOR Flashes.
Sometimes the SPI controller RX FIFO was not empty after a DMA
transfer and the driver got stuck in the next PIO transfer when
it read one word more than expected.

The interrupt-parent property is not needed as it is inherited from
the parent bus and in the case of the CAAM node actively points to
the wrong interrupt controller (GIC instead of GPC). This leads to
the CAAM IRQs not getting unmasked at the GPC level, leaving them
unable to wake the CPU from wait mode, potentially impacting
performance of the CAAM unit when CPUidle is enabled.

This has been moved to the reg property where it belongs for quite some
time. The range has been unused by the kernel since then and with kernel
4.4 it's flagged as an unparsable range, as it does not comply to the
PCI ranges DT binding. Fix this by removing the superfluous range.

Audio IP need the spba clock, but original clock name "dma" is not
accurate, so change it to name "spba". The audio driver has been

It can improve the USB performance when choosing larger
burst size at some systems (bus size is larger), there is
no side effect if this burst size is larger than bus size.

The PCIe interrupts are also routed through the GPC. This has been
missed from the conversion to stacked IRQ domains as the PCIe
controller uses an explicit interrupt map and thus doesn't inherit
the SoC global interrupt parent.

Currently the HDMI controller is a child device of the AIPS bus in the
DT which is clearly wrong. Move it to the right location.
This introduces no functional change it just aligns the DT representation
with reality.

The PU regulator is enabled during boot, but not necessarily always-on.
It can be disabled by the generic pm domain framework when the PU power
domain is shut down. The ramp delay of 150 us might be a bit conservative,
the value is taken from the Freescale kernel.

The PGC that is part of GPC controls isolation and power sequencing of the
power domains. The PU power domain will be handled by the generic pm domain
framework. It needs a phandle to the PU regulator to turn off power when
the domain is disabled, and a list of phandles to all clocks that must be
enabled during powerup for reset propagation.

The chipidea driver adds an extra line of spam to the log when a
host-only chipidea instance is left set to the default of a dual role
controller.
[ 2.010873] ci_hdrc ci_hdrc.1: doesn't support gadget
Set the dr_mode property to host on all the host-only nodes
to avoid this warning.

IMX6 has been (ab)using the gic_arch_extn to provide
wakeup from suspend, and it makes a lot of sense to convert
this code to use stacked domains instead.
This patch does just this, updating the DT files to actually
reflect what the HW provides.
BIG FAT WARNING: because the DTs were so far lying by not
exposing the fact that the GPC block is actually the first
interrupt controller in the chain, kernels with this patch
applied wont have any suspend-resume facility when booted
with old DTs, and old kernels with updated DTs won't even boot.

It may be useful to disable the internal rtc snvs-rtc because an
external rtc is available. This patch adds a label so that board files
can disable this rtc.

The MIPI DSI node contains some ports which represent possible DRM CRTCs
it can connect with. Each port has a 'reg' property embedded. This
property will be wrongly interpretted by the MIPI DSI bus driver, because
the driver will take each subnode which contains a 'reg' property as a
DSI peripheral device. This patch moves the existing MIPI DSI ports into
a new 'ports' node so that the MIPI DSI bus driver may distinguish its
DSI peripheral device(s) from the existing ports.

"DT changes continue to be the bulk of our merge window contents.
We continue to have a large set of changes across the board as new
platforms and drivers are added.

The OCRAM clock is already provided inside the ocram node, so remove the OCRAM
clock from the VPU node.

Commit a04a0b6fed ("ARM: dts: imx6qdl: Enable CODA960 VPU") lost the
fix for the CODA960 interrupt order during a rebase before being applied.
This patch adds the missing bit and brings the interrupts and
interrupt-names properties back in sync.

All chips of i.mx6 can be powered off by programming SNVS.
For example :
On i.mx6q-sabresd board, PMIC_ON_REQ connect with external
pmic ON/OFF pin, that will cause the whole PMIC powered off
except VSNVS. And system can restart once PMIC_ON_REQ goes
high by push POWRER key.

This patch adds links to the on-chip SRAM and reset controller nodes
and switches the interrupts. Make the BIT processor interrupt, which exists on
all variants, the first one. The JPEG unit interrupt, which does not exist on
i.MX27 and i.MX5 thus is an optional second interrupt.
Use different compatible strings for i.MX6Q/D and i.MX6S/DL, as they have to
load separate firmware images for some reason.

Original gpt per clk parent is from ipg_per clk which
may be scaled when system enter low bus mode, as ipg
clk will be lower in low bus mode, to keep system clk
NOT drift, select gpt per clk parent from OSC which
is at fixed freq always.
On i.mx6qdl, add a osc_per clk source for i.mx6q
TO > 1.0 and all i.MX6dl SoC.
On i.mx6sx, just make gpt per clk from OSC.
