Drop the FSF's postal address from the source code files that typically
contain mostly the license text. Of the 628 removed instances, 578 are
outdated.

Some continuation messages are not using KERN_CONT.
Since commit 563873318d ("Merge branch 'printk-cleanups"),

Wall time obtained from do_gettimeofday is susceptible to sudden jumps due to
user setting the time or due to NTP.
Monotonic time is constantly increasing time better suited for comparing two
timestamps.

lml33dpatch is boolean. So, the possible values are
true or false.
Instead of using if (lml33dpath), just use
if (!lml33dpath).
That allows a faster mental parsing when analyzing the
code.
