ec62d37d2c drm/panthor: Fix the fast-reset logic
If we do a GPU soft-reset, that's no longer fast reset. This also means
the slow reset fallback doesn't work because the MCU state is only reset
after a GPU soft-reset.

Let's move the retry logic to panthor_device_resume() to issue a
soft-reset between the fast and slow attempts, and patch
panthor_gpu_suspend() to only power-off the L2 when a fast reset is
requested.

v3:
- No changes

v2:
- Add R-b

dcddad6c89 drm/panthor: Be robust against runtime PM resume failures in the suspend path
The runtime PM resume operation is not guaranteed to succeed, but if it
fails, the device should be in a suspended state. Make sure we're robust
to resume failures in the unplug path.

v3:
- Fix typo
- Add R-bs

v2:
- Move the bit that belonged in the next commit
- Drop the panthor_device_unplug() changes

498893bd59 drm/panthor: Simplify FW fast reset path
Stop checking the FW halt_status as MCU_STATUS should be sufficient.
This should make the check for successful FW halt and subsequently
setting fast_reset to true more robust.

We should also clear GLB_REQ.GLB_HALT bit only on post-reset prior
to starting the FW and only if we're doing a fast reset, because
the slow reset will re-initialize all FW sections, including the
global interface.

5d01b56f05 drm/panthor: Fix firmware initialization on systems with a page size > 4k
The system and GPU MMU page size might differ, which becomes a
problem for FW sections that need to be mapped at explicit addresses
since our PAGE_SIZE alignment might cover a VA range that's
expected to be used for another section.

Make sure we never map more than we need.

Changes in v3:
- Add R-bs

Changes in v2:
- Plan for per-VM page sizes so the MCU VM and user VM can
  have different pages sizes

9d443deb04 drm/panthor: Display FW version information
The version number output when loading the firmware is actually the
interface version not the version of the firmware itself. Update the
message to make this clearer.

However, the firmware binary has a git SHA embedded into it which can be
used to identify which firmware binary is being loaded. So output this
as a drm_info() so that it's obvious from a dmesg log which firmware
binary is being used.

7de295d1a1 drm/panthor: flush FW AS caches in slow reset path
In the off-chance that waiting for the firmware to signal its booted status
timed out in the fast reset path, one must flush the cache lines for the
entire FW VM address space before reloading the regions, otherwise stale
values eventually lead to a scheduler job timeout.

2718d91816 drm/panthor: Add the FW logical block
Contains everything that's FW related, that includes the code dealing
with the microcontroller unit (MCU) that's running the FW, and anything
related to allocating memory shared between the FW and the CPU.

A few global FW events are processed in the IRQ handler, the rest is
forwarded to the scheduler, since scheduling is the primary reason for
the FW existence, and also the main source of FW <-> kernel
interactions.

v6:
- Add Maxime's and Heiko's acks
- Keep header inclusion alphabetically ordered

v5:
- Fix typo in GLB_PERFCNT_SAMPLE definition
- Fix unbalanced panthor_vm_idle/active() calls
- Fallback to a slow reset when the fast reset fails
- Add extra information when reporting a FW boot failure

v4:
- Add a MODULE_FIRMWARE() entry for gen 10.8
- Fix a wrong return ERR_PTR() in panthor_fw_load_section_entry()
- Fix typos
- Add Steve's R-b

v3:
- Make the FW path more future-proof (Liviu)
- Use one waitqueue for all FW events
- Simplify propagation of FW events to the scheduler logic
- Drop the panthor_fw_mem abstraction and use panthor_kernel_bo instead
- Account for the panthor_vm changes
- Replace magic number with 0x7fffffff with ~0 to better signify that
  it's the maximum permitted value.
- More accurate rounding when computing the firmware timeout.
- Add a 'sub iterator' helper function. This also adds a check that a
firmware entry doesn't overflow the firmware image.
- Drop __packed from FW structures, natural alignment is good enough.
- Other minor code improvements.
