fea074e978 media: i2c: Kconfig: Fix missing firmware upload config select
FW_LOADER config only selects the firmware loader API, but we also need
the sysfs_upload symbols for firmware_upload_unregister() and
firmware_upload_register() to function properly.

60a031b649 media: i2c: thp7312: select CONFIG_FW_LOADER
The recently added driver uses the firmware loader mechanism but causes
a link failure when that is in a loadable module while thp7312 itself
is built-in:

thp7312.c:(.text+0x4164): undefined reference to `firmware_upload_register'

Select the required Kconfig symbol. Note that the driver specifically
needs the firmware upload interface that is controlled by CONFIG_FW_UPLOAD,
but there is no link failure when that is disabled because the interfaces
are stubbed out here.

b99d744b3d media: i2c: refer to config VIDEO_DEV to make ov08x40 image sensor driver usable
Commit 9958d30f38 ("media: Kconfig: cleanup VIDEO_DEV dependencies")
removes the config VIDEO_V4L2 as it is merged with config VIDEO_DEV.

Long after this change, commit 38fc5136ac ("media: i2c: Add ov08x40 image
sensor driver") introduces and refers to the removed config VIDEO_V4L2,
basically making this driver impossible to build, test and use due to
dependencies that cannot be met.

Refer to config VIDEO_DEV instead to make this driver usable.

Still there are archs/platforms which do not support the common clk
framework. If such a platform is used in combination with the module

not selected we can drop it, so it is up to the arch/platform to select
the correct clock framework.
