When 'unevaluatedProperties' support is enabled, the following warnings
are generated in the mmc bindings:

Add the missing properties as necessary. For pl18x, drop interrupt-names
as there isn't any use of it when there are 2 interrupts.

MT8195 mmc host IP is compatible with MT8183, and currently it shows:

which means the compatible string in the device tree would be:

The bindings is wrong and that isn't the result we want.
instead we want:

which would give us:
