32a363d0b0 media: Kconfig files: use select for V4L2 subdevs and MC 
There are lots of drivers that only work when the media controller
and/or the V4L2 subdev APIs are present.

Right now, someone need to first enable those APIs before
using those drivers.

Well, ideally, drivers, should, instead *optionally*
depend on it, in order for PC camera drivers to be able to use
them, but nowadays most drivers are UVC cameras, with don't
require a sensor driver.

So, be it.

Let's instead make them select the MEDIA_CONTROLLER and the
SUBDEV API, in order to make easier for people to be able
of enabling them.

ec8f24b7fa treewide: Add SPDX license identifier - Makefile/Kconfig 
Add SPDX license identifiers to all Make/Kconfig files which:

 - Have no license information of any form

These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:

  GPL-2.0-only

b60a5b8dcf media: Kconfig files: use the right help coding style 
Checkpatch wants to use 'help' instead of '---help---':

	WARNING: prefer 'help' over '---help---' for new help texts

Let's change it globally at the media subsystem, as otherwise people
would keep using the old way.

2aa4d4985f media: et8ek8: select V4L2_FWNODE 
v4l2_async_register_subdev_sensor_common() is only provided when
CONFIG_V4L2_FWNODE is enabled, otherwise we get a link failure:

drivers/media/i2c/et8ek8/et8ek8_driver.o: In function `et8ek8_probe':
et8ek8_driver.c:(.text+0x884): undefined reference to `v4l2_async_register_subdev_sensor_common'

This adds a Kconfig 'select' statement like all the other users of
this interface have.

Add driver for et8ek8 sensor, found in Nokia N900 main camera. Can be
used for taking photos in 2.5MP resolution with fcam-dev.
