e432e4207c mmc: renesas_sdhi: Add r8a77990 support
This patch adds SDHI support for the R8A77990 SoC (R-Car E3). No driver changes
needed for anything except HS400 which we will enable separately later.

289cf155d9 Merge tag 'devicetree-for-4.18' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/robh/linux
Pull DeviceTree updates from Rob Herring:

 - Sync dtc with upstream version v1.4.6-21-g84e414b0b5bc. This adds new
warnings which are either fixed or disabled by default (enabled with
   W=1).

 - Validate an untrusted offset in DT overlay function
   update_usages_of_a_phandle_reference

 - Fix a use after free error of_platform_device_destroy

 - Fix an off by 1 string errors in unittest

 - Avoid creating a struct device for OPP nodes

 - Update DT specific submitting-patches.txt with patch content and
   subject requirements.

 - Move some bindings to their proper subsystem locations

 - Add vendor prefixes for Kaohsiung, SiFive, Avnet, Wi2Wi, Logic PD,
   and ArcherMind

 - Add documentation for "no-gpio-delays" property in FSI bus GPIO
   master

 - Add compatible for r8a77990 SoC ravb ethernet block

 - More wack-a-mole removal of 'status' property in examples

788778b0d2 mmc: tmio: deprecate "toshiba, mmc-wrprotect-disable" DT property
This property is equivalent to "disable-wp" defined in
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/mmc/mmc.txt

The TMIO MMC core calls mmc_of_parse(), and it sets
MMC_CAP2_NO_WRITE_PROTECT if "disable-wp" property is present.

We do not need a vendor-specific property to do the same thing.

Let's remove the description from the dt-binding to prevent new boards
from using it.

I am keeping the driver code for existing DT files, but added
comments that this is deprecated.

54839d012d dt-bindings: mmc: renesas_sdhi: add R-Car Gen[123] fallback compatibility strings
Add fallback compatibility strings for R-Car Gen 1, 2 and 3.

In the case of Renesas R-Car hardware we know that there are generations of
SoCs, f.e. Gen 1 and 2. But beyond that its not clear what the relationship
between IP blocks might be. For example, I believe that r8a7790 is older
than r8a7791 but that doesn't imply that the latter is a descendant of the
former or vice versa.

We can, however, by examining the documentation and behaviour of the
hardware at run-time observe that the current driver implementation appears
to be compatible with the IP blocks on SoCs within a given generation.

For the above reasons and convenience when enabling new SoCs a
per-generation fallback compatibility string scheme is being adopted for
drivers for Renesas SoCs.

62a4cdead5 mmc: sh_mobile_sdhi: explain clock bindings
In the case of a single clock source, you don't need names. However,
if the controller has 2 clock sources, you need to name them correctly
so the driver can find the 2nd one. The 2nd clock is for the internal
card detect logic.

df1d0584b2 ARM: shmobile: update SDHI DT compatibility string to the <unit>-<soc> format
Currently DT compatibility strings of both types can be found in the kernel
sources: <unit>-<soc> and <soc>-<unit>, whereas a unique format should be
followed and the former one is preferred. This patch converts the SDHI
MMC driver and its users to the common standard. This is safe for now, since
ATM no real products are using this driver with DT.
