dt-bindings: spmi: qcom,x1e80100-spmi-pmic-arb: Document Eliza compatible
The SPMI multi-master Arbiter found on Eliza is version 7.2.0, yet
driver-wise, still compatible with the one featured on Hamoa (X1E80100),
which is 7.0.1.
So document the Eliza compatible and allow Hamoa one as fallback.

dt-bindings: spmi: split out common QCOM SPMI PMIC arbiter properties
Split out the common SPMI PMIC arbiter properties for QCOM devices into a
separate file so that it can be included as a reference for devices
using them. This will be needed for the upcoming PMIC v8 arbiter
support patch, as the v8 arbiter also uses these common properties.

SAR2130P has SPMI v7 arbiter. Although it has only a single bus
configuration, use the new bindings for v7 platforms.

dt-bindings: spmi: Add X1E80100 SPMI PMIC ARB schema
Add dedicated schema for X1E80100 PMIC ARB. This is not the first
platform to introduce multiple buses. In fact, all platforms that
implement the version 7 for the SPMI PMIC arbiter have multiple buses.
Since the compatible should not be version based, the platform specific
one is used. The X1E80100 platform is the first platform to really need
the second master, as all the available boards have the PMICs that
provide the eUSB2 repeater on the second bus.
