Document optional phandle to mmio-sram, which can describe an SRAM
region used for descriptor storage instead of regular DRAM region.
Use of SRAM instead of DRAM for descriptor storage may improve bus
access pattern and performance.

Add compatible strings "nxp,imx95-jpgdec" and "nxp,imx95-jpgenc", which
are backward compatible with "nxp,imx8qxp-jpgdec" and
"nxp,imx8qxp-jpegenc". i.MX95 just need one power domain which combine
wrap and all slots together. Reduce minItems of power-domains to 1 for
i.MX95 and keep the same restriction for others.

The JPEG decoder/encoder present in iMX8QXP and iMX8QM SoCs need
the PER and IPG clocks to be functional, so add the clock entries.
This also fixes the following schema warning:
imx8qm-apalis-eval.dtb: jpegdec@58400000: 'assigned-clock-rates', 'assigned-clocks', 'clock-names', 'clocks' do not match any of the regexes: 'pinctrl-[0-9]+'

Add two more compatibles: "nxp,imx8qm-jpgdec" and " nxp,imx8qm-jpgenc".
Also update the compatible property to ensure mutually exclusive usage of
encoder and decoder compatibles.
Update examples.
