becbab4a5a drm/amd/display: Check for S0i3 to be done before DCCG init on DCN21
[WHY]
On DCN21, dccg2_init() is called in dcn10_init_hw() before
bios_golden_init(). During S0i3 resume, BIOS sets MICROSECOND_TIME_BASE_DIV
to 0x00120464 as a marker. dccg2_init() overwrites this to 0x00120264,
causing dcn21_s0i3_golden_init_wa() to misdetect the state and skip golden
init.
Eventually during the resume sequence, a flip timeout occurs.

[HOW]
Skip DCCG on dccg2_is_s0i3_golden_init_wa_done() on DCN21.

33efc6346e drm/amd/display: Add missing DCCG register entries for DCN20-DCN316
Commit 4c595e7511 ("drm/amd/display: Migrate DCCG registers access
from hwseq to dccg component.") moved register writes from hwseq to
dccg2_*() functions but did not add the registers to the DCCG register
list macros. The struct fields default to 0, so REG_WRITE() targets
MMIO offset 0, causing a GPU hang on resume (seen on DCN21/DCN30
during IGT kms_cursor_crc@cursor-suspend).

Add
- MICROSECOND_TIME_BASE_DIV
- MILLISECOND_TIME_BASE_DIV
- DCCG_GATE_DISABLE_CNTL
- DCCG_GATE_DISABLE_CNTL2
- DC_MEM_GLOBAL_PWR_REQ_CNTL
to macros in dcn20_dccg.h, dcn301_dccg.h, dcn31_dccg.h, and dcn314_dccg.h.

bf4afc53b7 Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument
This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\<k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

69050f8d6d treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types
This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

d04eb0c402 drm/amd/display: Prevent Gating DTBCLK before It Is Properly Latched
[why]
1. With allow_0_dtb_clk enabled, the time required to latch DTBCLK to 600 MHz
depends on the SMU. If DTBCLK is not latched to 600 MHz before set_mode completes,
gating DTBCLK causes the DP2 sink to lose its clock source.

2. The existing DTBCLK gating sequence ungates DTBCLK based on both pix_clk and ref_dtbclk,
but gates DTBCLK when either pix_clk or ref_dtbclk is zero.
pix_clk can be zero outside the set_mode sequence before DTBCLK is properly latched,
which can lead to DTBCLK being gated by mistake.

[how]
Consider both pixel_clk and ref_dtbclk when determining when it is safe to gate DTBCLK;
this is more accurate.

a3e6079bd9 drm/amd/display: Remove PIPE_DTO_SRC_SEL programming from set_dtbclk_dto
There are cases where an OTG is remapped from driving a regular HDMI
display to a DP/eDP display. There are also cases where DTBCLK needs to
be enabled for HPO, but DTBCLK DTO programming may be done while OTG is
still enabled which is dangerous as the PIPE_DTO_SRC_SEL programming may
change the pixel clock generator source for a mapped and running OTG and
cause it to hang.

Remove the PIPE_DTO_SRC_SEL programming from this sequence since it is
already done in program_pixel_clk(). Additionally, make sure that
program_pixel_clk sets DTBCLK DTO as source for special HDMI cases.

3c9154310a drm/amd/display: fix dscclk programming sequence on DCN401
[why]
The mux to switch between refclk and dto_dsc_clk is non double buffered.
However dto dsc clk's phase and modulo divider registers are currently
configured as double buffered update. This causes a problem when we switch to
use dto dsc clk and program phase and modulo in the same sequence. In this
sequence dsc clk is switched to dto but the clock divider programming doesn't
take effect until next frame. When we try to program DSCC registers, SMN bus
will hang because dto dsc clk divider phase is set to 0.

[how]
Configure phase and modulo to take effect immediately. Always switch to dto dsc
clk before DSC clock is unagted. Switch back to refclk after DSC clock is gated.

8aa5aff2bf drm/amd/display: Refactor dccg401_get_other_enable_symclk_fe
[WHY]
Function was used to check the number of FEs connected to the current BE.
This was then used to determine if the symclk could be disabled, if all
FEs were disconnected. However, the function would skip over the primary
FE and return 0 when the primary FE was still connected. This caused black
screens on driver disable with an MST daisy chain hooked up.

[HOW]
Refactored the function to correctly return the number of FEs connected to
the input BE. Also renamed it for clarity.

[why]
Vbios & Driver have difference pixel rate div policy.
When enabling fast boot & performing blank & unblank w/o timing setting,
pixel clock & pixel rate dividor are not match.
It would cause too high pixel reate and eDP would be black screen.

[How]
We would keep pixel rate div setting by Vbios until next timing setting.
