bf4afc53b7 Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument
This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\<k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

69050f8d6d treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types
This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

b8e5fdf0bd HID: elecom: Add support for ELECOM HUGE Plus M-HT1MRBK
New model in the ELECOM HUGE trackball line that has 8 buttons but the
report descriptor specifies only 5. The HUGE Plus supports connecting via
Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless USB dongle, and directly via a USB-C cable.
Each connection type reports a different device id, 01AA for cable,
01AB for USB dongle, and 01AC for Bluetooth.

This patch adds these device IDs and applies the fixups similar to the
other ELECOM devices to get all 8 buttons working for all 3 connection
types.

a84eeacbf9 HID: steelseries: refactor probe() and remove()
steelseries_srws1_probe() still does not use devm_kzalloc() and
devm_led_classdev_register(), so there is a lot of code to safely manage
heap, which reduces readability and may cause memory leaks due to minor
patch mistakes in the future.

Therefore, it should be changed to use devm_kzalloc() and
devm_led_classdev_register() to easily and safely manage heap.

Also, the current steelseries driver mainly checks sd->quriks to determine
which product a specific HID device is, which is not the correct way.

remove(), unlike probe(), does not receive struct hid_device_id as an
argument, so it must check hdev unconditionally to know which product
it is.

However, since struct steelseries_device and struct steelseries_srws1_data
have different structures, if SRWS1 is removed in remove(), converts
hdev->dev, which is initialized to struct steelseries_srws1_data,
to struct steelseries_device and uses it. This causes various
memory-related bugs as completely unexpected values exist in member
variables of the structure.

Therefore, in order to modify probe() and remove() to work properly,
Arctis 1, 9 should be added to HID_USB_DEVICE and some functions should be
modified to check hdev->product when determining HID device product.

sensor via iio_info causes system hangs as runtime PM tries to wake up
an unresponsive sensor.

0db117359e HID: add quirk for 03f0:464a HP Elite Presenter Mouse
HP Elite Presenter Mouse HID Record Descriptor shows
two mouses (Repord ID 0x1 and 0x2), one keypad (Report ID 0x5),
two Consumer Controls (Report IDs 0x6 and 0x3).
Previous to this commit it registers one mouse, one keypad
and one Consumer Control, and it was usable only as a
digitl laser pointer (one of the two mouses). This patch defines
the 464a USB device ID and enables the HID_QUIRK_MULTI_INPUT
quirk for it, allowing to use the device both as a mouse

03a8610555 HID: retain initial quirks set up when creating HID devices
In certain circumstances, such as when creating I2C-connected HID
devices, we want to pass and retain some quirks (axis inversion, etc).
The source of such quirks may be device tree, or DMI data, or something
else not readily available to the HID core itself and therefore cannot
be reconstructed easily. To allow this, introduce "initial_quirks" field
in hid_device structure and use it when determining the final set of
quirks.

This fixes the problem with i2c-hid setting up device-tree sourced
quirks too late and losing them on device rebind, and also allows to
sever the tie between hid-code and i2c-hid when applying DMI-based
quirks.

29f316a1d7 HID: elecom: add support for TrackBall 056E:011C
Make function buttons on ELECOM M-HT1DRBK trackball mouse work. This model
has two devices with different device IDs (010D and 011C). Both of
them misreports the number of buttons as 5 in the report descriptor, even
though they have 8 buttons. hid-elecom overwrites the report to fix them,
but supports only on 010D and does not work on 011C. This patch fixes
011C in the similar way but with specialized position parameters.
In fact, it is sufficient to rewrite only 17th byte (05 -> 08). However I
followed the existing way.

a2f416bf06 HID: multitouch: Add quirks for flipped axes
Certain touchscreen devices, such as the ELAN9034, are oriented
incorrectly and report touches on opposite points on the X and Y axes.
For example, a 100x200 screen touched at (10,20) would report (90, 180)
and vice versa.

This is fixed by adding device quirks to transform the touch points
into the correct spaces, from X -> MAX(X) - X, and Y -> MAX(Y) - Y.

9003fbe0f3 HID: quirks: Add quirk for the Microsoft Surface 3 type-cover
Add a HID_QUIRK_NO_INIT_REPORTS quirk for the
Microsoft Surface 3 (non pro) type-cover.

Trying to init the reports seems to confuse the type-cover and
causes 2 issues:

1. Despite hid-multitouch sending the command to switch the
touchpad to multitouch mode, it keeps sending events on the
mouse emulation interface.

2. The touchpad completely stops sending events after a reboot.

Adding the HID_QUIRK_NO_INIT_REPORTS quirk fixes both issues.
