As it is indicated by the comment, the rpmpd_aggregate_corner() function
tries to clamp the state to the highest corner/level supported by the
given power domain, however the calculation of the highest state contains
an off-by-one error.
The 'max_state' member of the 'rpmpd' structure indicates the highest
corner/level, and as such it does not needs to be decremented.
Change the code to use the 'max_state' value directly to avoid the error.

Set GENPD_FLAG_ACTIVE_WAKEUP for all RPM power domains so that power
domains necessary for wakeup/"awake path" devices are kept on across
suspend.
This is needed for example for the *_AO ("active-only") variants of the
RPMPDs used by the CPU. Those should maintain their votes also across
system suspend to ensure the CPU can keep running for the whole suspend
process (ending in a firmware call). When the RPM firmware detects that
the CPUs are in a deep idle state it will drop those votes automatically.

It has been pointed out that naming a subsystem "genpd" isn't very
self-explanatory and the acronym itself that means Generic PM Domain, is
known only by a limited group of people.
In a way to improve the situation, let's rename the subsystem to pmdomain,
which ideally should indicate that this is about so called Power Domains or
"PM domains" as we often also use within the Linux Kernel terminology.
