2cabe7ff10 Bluetooth: hci_sync: Fix hci_le_create_conn_sync
While introducing hci_le_create_conn_sync the functionality
of hci_connect_le was ported to hci_le_create_conn_sync including
the disable of the scan before starting the connection.

When this code was run non synchronously the immediate call that was
setting the flag HCI_LE_SCAN_INTERRUPTED had an impact. Since the
completion handler for the LE_SCAN_DISABLE was not immediately called.
In the completion handler of the LE_SCAN_DISABLE event, this flag is
checked to set the state of the hdev to DISCOVERY_STOPPED.

With the synchronised approach the later setting of the
HCI_LE_SCAN_INTERRUPTED flag has not the same effect. The completion
handler would immediately fire in the LE_SCAN_DISABLE call, check for
the flag, which is then not yet set and do nothing.

To fix this issue and make the function call work as before, we move the
setting of the flag HCI_LE_SCAN_INTERRUPTED before disabling the scan.

7cff9a40c6 Bluetooth: Fix CIS host feature condition
This fixes the condition for sending the LE Set Host Feature command.
The command is sent to indicate host support for Connected Isochronous
Streams in this case. It has been observed that the system could not
initialize BIS-only capable controllers because the controllers do not
support the command.

As per Core v6.2 | Vol 4, Part E, Table 3.1 the command shall be
supported if CIS Central or CIS Peripheral is supported; otherwise,
the command is optional.

bf4afc53b7 Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument
This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\<k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

69050f8d6d treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types
This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

0e2a6af810 Bluetooth: Fix using PHYs bitfields as PHY value
This renames the PHY fields in bt_iso_io_qos to PHYs (plural) since it
represents a bitfield where multiple PHYs can be set and make the same
change also to HCI_OP_LE_SET_CIG_PARAMS since both c_phy and p_phy
fields are bitfields.

This also fixes the assumption that hci_evt_le_cis_established PHYs
fields are compatible with bt_iso_io_qos, they are not, the fields in
hci_evt_le_cis_established represent just a single PHY value so they
need to be converted to bitfield when set in bt_iso_io_qos.

Contrary to what was stated on d36349ea73 ("Bluetooth: hci_conn:
Fix running bis_cleanup for hci_conn->type PA_LINK") the PA_LINK does
in fact needs to run bis_cleanup in order to terminate the PA Sync,
since that is bond to the listening socket which is the entity that
controls the lifetime of PA Sync, so if it is closed/released the PA
Sync shall be terminated, terminating the PA Sync shall not result in
the BIG Sync being terminated since once the later is established it
doesn't depend on the former anymore.

If the use user wants to reconnect/rebind a number of BIS(s) it shall
keep the socket open until it no longer needs the PA Sync, which means
it retains full control of the lifetime of both PA and BIG Syncs.

a7bcffc673 Bluetooth: Add PA_LINK to distinguish BIG sync and PA sync connections
Currently, BIS_LINK is used for both BIG sync and PA sync connections,
which makes it impossible to distinguish them when searching for a PA

Adding PA_LINK will make the distinction clearer and simplify future
extensions for PA-related features.

d85edab911 Bluetooth: hci_sync: fix connectable extended advertising when using static random address
Currently, the connectable flag used by the setup of an extended
advertising instance drives whether we require privacy when trying to pass
a random address to the advertising parameters (Own Address).
If privacy is not required, then it automatically falls back to using the
controller's public address. This can cause problems when using controllers
that do not have a public address set, but instead use a static random
address.

e.g. Assume a BLE controller that does not have a public address set.
The controller upon powering is set with a random static address by default
by the kernel.

< HCI Command: LE Set Random Address (0x08|0x0005) plen 6
        	Address: E4:AF:26:D8:3E:3A (Static)

Setting non-connectable extended advertisement parameters in bluetoothctl
mgmt

	add-ext-adv-params -r 0x801 -x 0x802 -P 2M -g 1

correctly sets Own address type as Random

< HCI Command: LE Set Extended Advertising Parameters (0x08|0x0036)
	plen 25
		...
	    Own address type: Random (0x01)

Setting connectable extended advertisement parameters in bluetoothctl mgmt

	add-ext-adv-params -r 0x801 -x 0x802 -P 2M -g -c 1

mistakenly sets Own address type to Public (which causes to use Public
Address 00:00:00:00:00:00)

< HCI Command: LE Set Extended Advertising Parameters (0x08|0x0036)
	plen 25
		...
	    Own address type: Public (0x00)

This causes either the controller to emit an Invalid Parameters error or to
mishandle the advertising.

This patch makes sure that we use the already set static random address
when requesting a connectable extended advertising when we don't require
privacy and our public address is not set (00:00:00:00:00:00).

89fb8acc38 Bluetooth: HCI: Set extended advertising data synchronously
Currently, for controllers with extended advertising, the advertising
data is set in the asynchronous response handler for extended
adverstising params. As most advertising settings are performed in a

Move setting of adverstising data from asynchronous response handler

23205562ff Bluetooth: separate CIS_LINK and BIS_LINK link types
Use separate link type id for unicast and broadcast ISO connections.
These connection types are handled with separate HCI commands, socket
API is different, and hci_conn has union fields that are different in
the two cases, so they shall not be mixed up.

Currently in most places it is attempted to distinguish ucast by
bacmp(&c->dst, BDADDR_ANY) but it is wrong as dst is set for bcast sink
hci_conn in iso_conn_ready(). Additionally checking sync_handle might be
OK, but depends on details of bcast conn configuration flow.

To avoid complicating it, use separate link types.

e209e5ccc5 Bluetooth: MGMT: Mark LL Privacy as stable
This marks LL Privacy as stable by removing its experimental UUID and
move its functionality to Device Flag (HCI_CONN_FLAG_ADDRESS_RESOLUTION)
which can be set by MGMT Device Set Flags so userspace retain control of
