f53748d56d selftests: forwarding: lib: Add an autodefer variant of simple_if_init()
Most forwarding tests invoke simple_if_init() to set up a VRF-based "host"
and simple_if_fini() to tear it down again. Add a helper,
adf_simple_if_init(), which is like simple_if_fini(), but takes care of
scheduling the cleanup automatically.

Convert the tests that currently use defer to schedule the cleanup.

02aabe00b2 selftests: forwarding: lib: Add an autodefer variant of vrf_prepare()
Most forwarding tests invoke vrf_prepare() to set up VRF forwarding and
vrf_cleanup() to restore the original configuration. Add a helper,
adf_vrf_prepare(), which is like vrf_prepare(), but takes care of
scheduling the cleanup automatically.

Convert a number of tests that currently use defer to schedule the cleanup.

cebd281f3c selftests: mlxsw: devlink_trap_police: Use defer for test cleanup
Use the defer framework to schedule cleanups as soon as the command is
executed.

Note that the start_traffic commands in __burst_test() are each sending a
fixed number of packets (note the -c flag) and then ending. They therefore
do not need a matching stop_traffic.

e860419684 selftests: mlxsw: Reduce test run time
Instead of iterating over all the available trap policers, only perform
the tests with three policers: The first, the last and the one in the
middle of the range. On a Spectrum-3 system, this reduces the run time
from almost an hour to a few minutes.

b36cca02dc selftests: mlxsw: Increase burst size for burst test
The current combination of rate and burst size does not adhere to
Spectrum-{2,3} limitation which states that the minimum burst size
should be 40% of the rate.

Increase the burst size in order to honor above mentioned limitation and
avoid intermittent failures of this test case on Spectrum-{2,3}.

Remove the first sub-test case as the variation in number of received
packets is simply too large to reliably test it.

On Spectrum-{2,3} the required accuracy is +/-10%.

Align the test to this requirement so that it can reliably pass on these
platforms.

9f3e63c5d6 selftests: mlxsw: Add test cases for devlink-trap policers
Add test cases that verify that each registered packet trap policer:

* Honors that imposed limitations of rate and burst size
* Able to police trapped packets to the specified rate
* Able to police trapped packets to the specified burst size
* Able to be unbound from its trap group
