8e437c7991 drm/amd/display: Modified set bandwidth sequence. 
This change make sure bandwidth is set properly.
For increase bandwidth, set bandwidth before backend
and front end programming.
For decrease bandwidth, set bandwidth after.
To avoid smu hang when reboot and dpms due to 0 disp clk,
keep min disp clock as 100Mhz.

In case of some pipes are fused, pipe_idx should not

6d5d346f04 drm/amd/display: Eliminate several Maximus-specific code paths 
This allows Maximus emulation to more closely mirror actual silicon
execution.

* Enable pool->base.display_clock creation on Maximus.
* Enable rest of dce110_apply_ctx_to_hw on Maximus.
* Remove apply_ctx_to_hw_fpga (no longer necessary with the full
  dce110_apply_ctx_to_hw enabled).
* Disable the dmcu->funcs->set_psr_wait_loop call in dce112_set_clock
  for Maximus (this was the only fix-up necessary after enabling
  dce110_apply_ctx_to_hw; everything else works unmodified on
  Maximus).

Work around for a hw bug causing optc underflow if blank data
double buffer disable and remove mpcc.
Checking optc status after otg unlock, after wait mpcc idle
check status again, if optc underflow just happens after wait
mpcc idle, clear underflow status and enable blank data double
buffer.

620fd73edf drm/amd/display: small cleanup in destruct() 
Static analysis tools get annoyed that we don't indent this if
statement.  Actually, the if statement isn't required because kfree()
can handle NULL pointers just fine.  The DCE110STRENC_FROM_STRENC()
macro is a wrapper around container_of() but it's basically a no-op or a
cast.  Anyway, it's not really appropriate here so it should be removed
as well.

a32a7708ae drm/amd/display: add option to disable DCC for DCC 128b request 
1. reverts commit e67f51012740 ("dc: temp disable DCC on high res.")
- default still DCC enabled

2. add debug options to decide how DCC is disabled
- disable DCC
- disable DCC if DCC requires 128b (aka. half) request
-- observed compressed data corruption result in screen corruption in
full (256b) request while half (128b) would cause DCN to hang, result in
DF hang

also refactor debug option.  now pipe_split_policy are
dynamic = no hack around dcn_calcs.  will split based on HW recommendation
avoid = avoid split if we can support the config with higher voltage
avoid_multi_display = allow split with single display output.

force_single_disp_pipe_split
force single display to pipe split to improve stutter efficiency
by using DET buffers using 2 HUBP.
