Alex Hung 1a63bda8c9 drm/amd/display: Eliminate recursive header inclusion 
[WHAT & HOW]
This removes recursive inclusion like dc.h -> dc_state.h -> dc.h and
dc.h -> dc_plane.h -> dc.h

This fixes 4 PW.INCLUDE_RECURSION issues reported by Coverity.
