Elliot Berman 5739da3e16 dt-bindings: power: reset: $ref reboot-mode in nvmem-reboot-mode
nvmem-reboot-mode.yaml should $ref: reboot-mode.yaml, but instead
rewrites the properties. Update so it $refs instead.
