Pull IOMMU fix from Will Deacon:

 - Fix regression introduced by the empty MMU gather fix in -rc7, where
   the ->iotlb_sync() callback can be elided incorrectly, resulting in
   boot failures (hangs), crashes and potential memory corruption.
