Suraj Kandpal c4b2da6dc1 drm/i915/ddi: Define LT Phy Swing tables
Define and initialize LT Phy Swing tables for DP 1.4, 2.1 and eDp.
HDMI TMDS is not needed since LT Phy H/w handles that.
